This was an extensive gutting and refurbishment project on a probate property. As a generous 1 bed we spotted the opportunity to add value by optimising the space and with significant internal rearrangement we created a stylish, modern, highly appealing 2 bed property. This project took just over a year and generated double digit returns. More importantly than that, I made two very good friends for life with these developers.
