Following a successful crowdfunded deal with Century Spaces, I had the comfort and trust to enter into a small flip project directly with them.

 

Releasing the value in this deal was achieved by splitting the title and quickly refurbing the two flats and small corner plot house, which was completed within 10 weeks.
