This wonderful project - through crowdfunding website Crowd with Us - has been an absolute pleasure to be involved with. It has come in on time and on budget - despite Covid and lockdown! Impressive or what! The developer, Russell Reade, has a proven track record of delivering charming family homes across Cambridgeshire and therefore I had the confidence that he would deliver what he promised. The communication from Russell and CWU has been regular, on time and informative, keeping investors updated at every stage in the build and it's been a delight to watch this site progress in Russell's safe pair of hands.
