This project was a multi-phase project in an excellent residential location in a popular part of London, within walking distance of Tooting Broadway station. It consisted of an existing main building and workshops to the rear and whilst there was no existing planning permission on the site, permitted development options were available.


The developer - Salt Future - had already achieved a significant increase in value on a similar project in the same street, which was a commercial to residential development whereby he successfully obtained planning permission to convert the existing building to 2 studios, and 3 x 1 bedroom flats.
