What wasn’t so obvious were the many layers of mental stress, that you simply didn’t have time to process.
In such an environment of stimulation and pressure, your brain does adapt. Oh it does! No sooner is one loss down than another is being fought against.
But the mind also remembers. Whether we have time for it or not.
Maybe few industries are the same in terms of stress levels, but ALL industries have their own pressures.
A few things I’ve learnt:
😅Process it now, or process it later when it’s beyond any kind of joke. Your choice.
🦶The body knows… it is NOT separate from the mind and WILL manifest ignored feelings.
🥰 You can be deeply strong, and also highly sensitive at the same time. Both parts of you deserve care and attention. #empathy
And sometimes we can’t process it. We need help #dontfaceitalone
