🧠 Instinct. The 'i' in my favourite four-letter word.
Despite some repeated (and not that helpful) property content out there, I don't believe in the message of 'you've either got it, or you haven't.'
The question ISN'T whether you have it, it's:
Are you LISTENING to it? 🤪
➡️ We ALL have 'instinct;' an inner guide that tells us when something is off 🐟🤭 AND when something is right!
➡️ We can ALL ignore it whenever we want 🤣🤦🏼♀️ e.g carrying on towards the edge of a property (💰) cliff when we read ALL the signs a few miles back 🚧
➡️ We don't have to be a 'natural' Warren, Ray or anyone else for that matter
It seems to me the people who are successful in property or investing just learnt to trust instinct, learn from mistakes, and keep going.
🎓 Learn, learn, learn 🎓
So I can't tell you how wowed we were by the applicants for this show, and the dedication and commitment of the contestants to putting themselves out there and grabbing that opportunity.
For us, it was a tough call on every front! 🤔
