Meditation and Kittens

There have been two moments in life so far when I thought, now it all makes sense! One was when I held a kitten in my arms for the first time 🐱🐈

And the other was when I discovered meditation…🔮


People say you can 'relax and clear your mind' with meditation. I say you can manifest your life! Reset, reimagine, make cosmic connections. I’ve had full on psychic experiences with meditation and moments of synchronicity I couldn't make up.


I’ve also been shown the real ‘why’ on things. You know the one, when you know deep down something’s not right in a situation but you can’t put your finger on it. Meditation is like ‘here you go!’ (Now sort it out! 🤣🎊)


Like most things, I take it to the max and I do at least an hour every morning. It’s simple, I don’t just benefit from it, I need it. It’s part of me now.
