With over 20 projects completed or in progress, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly of the SME development sector. Currently I have investments in 10 live development projects. These constitute a whole gamut of projects, from residential to commercial, new build to conversions, across Europe and ranging in GDVs (end values) of £1 million to £16 million. A crowdfunded project of 4 new build houses in Cambridgeshire, with a very experienced developer with a proven track record of delivering on time and on budget (in spite of Covid and lockdown!). This was a debt deal on a second charge basis offering a fixed return.

Planning uplift project to convert an existing 6 bedroom property into 5 apartments and utilise PD rights to add further units. Financed through a crowdfunding debt raise on a second charge basis, providing highly attractive returns and security provided in multiple ways.
Gloucester St, Bristol
Joint venture project directly with the developer - Century Spaces - involving the acquisition of a block of 3 dwellings, located in an attractive part of Bristol. Significant value was added by splitting the title and fully refurbing the two flats and small corner plot house.
Maida Vale, London
I was one of the major shareholders in this exciting crowdfunded project in North London. The talented team of Century Spaces and Podcova Property transformed a rundown one-bed flat to a modern two bedroom bachelor pad in leafy Maida Vale.
