‘What I’m hearing is costs, costs, costs.’
This was my response 🤨
In last week’s episode, we had an experienced rent-to-rent property professional wanting to do a new Serviced Accommodation deal in Brighton.
When someone wants to go for a new strategy (as in new to them), it can be a while before they really tot up all the 💷 upfront costs 💷 of getting the project going.
🙏 And in some cases, by then, they are personally invested and don’t want to let go of the idea 😫🙏
❗️But those costs are there ❗️
The interior design, the furniture, the MARKETING to name a few that have to get added on. [We need to talk about that ignored but much needed branding & marketing budget! Alas, another time...]
It’s when we start to probe, that the REAL pile of upfront costs starts to reveal itself.
What does this mean?
